Ingredient Note

  • Curries are most predominant cinnamon, Cloves, Nutmeg, Ginger, Coriander, Chillies, Pepper, Bay leaves, and Turmeric, are but a few of the herbs and spices to be named out of the hundred or so used in Alishaan Cuisine. Fresh coriander and different nuts are also used for curry decorations.
  • If you are allergic to anything please tell the waiter when you order.
  • All the chicken, Lamb, Prawn, Basmati Rice and Spices used in Alishaan Cuisine are prime Quality.
  • Your meal is prepared individually to order, so if you require you meal to be either hot, medium or mild spicy, our Chef will pleased to do so.
